Usually we don't recommend sizing up as the material is very relaxed unless you want a baggier fit.

For best results, we recommend hand washing or machine washing on the cold cycle. Do not use bleach, it will ruin the product. For ironing we recommend turning the clothes inside out and using low heat when ironing.
