Q. What sizes do you offer and how can I find the right size? 

A: We offer sizes Small, Medium, and Large. Check each product's size guide for detailed measurements.

Q. How should I wash my pajamas or robe?

A: We recommend hand washing or machine washing on cold to keep your pieces soft and looking new.

Q. How should I iron my clothes? 

A: We recommend ironing on low or flipping the pieces inside out so they don’t get ruined.

 

Shipping

We offer standard domestic shipping across Cairo. 

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days in Cairo and Alexandria. In other governorates orders are processed within 3-8 working days. 

 

Refunds

If you wish to return or exchange an item, kindly DM our customer support team on instagram @athenasangels.co

Returns/exchanges in Cairo take place at our Masr El-Gedida office. If you request a pickup instead, you’ll cover the return shipping fee. Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery. Damaged items and late returns aren’t eligible.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 days have passed since the day of purchase, you will not be eligible for a refund.
